Submission of Files
-
Upon purchasing a service, clients must submit their 2D drawings or 3D Model files according to the standards outlined in Article 2, “Terms and Conditions for Submitting Files,” available in proceedings. The production of deliverable files begins only after we have received and verified that all necessary data meet the required standards.
-
-
File Verification Process
-
We require two working days to check the submitted files to ensure they meet the specified standards. If the files do not meet the required standards, we request the client make the necessary changes. Alternatively, we will offer extra costs and time to perform the required standardization.
-
-
Work Duration
-
The duration of the work and production of deliverable files starts once the required data is verified. Any work suspensions or feedback times required from the client will not be considered in our work duration and will be added to the timeline. All references to “days” in terms of duration mean “working days.”
-
-
Scope of Work
-
Any word, term, phrase, or scope of work not clearly addressed in the service purchase and included items page is not our responsibility nor included in the package. The client is responsible for ensuring all desired services and specifications are clearly outlined and understood before purchase.
-
-
Payments and Fees
-
-
-
-
All services must be paid in full upon purchase unless mentioned in a custom service offer prepared exclusively for a client.
-
As outlined in Article 2, “Terms and Conditions for Submitting Files,” additional fees may apply for file modifications or optimizations.
-
All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
-
-
-
-
Intellectual Property
-
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced, including but not limited to designs, renderings, videos, and interactive tours, remain the property of our company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
-
-
Presentation of Deliverables
-
We reserve the right to present our deliverable works as part of our portfolio on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer that your project not be included in our portfolio, please notify us in writing at the time of project submission.
-
-
System Requirements for Walkthroughs and Virtual Tours
-
For Microsoft Windows and Mac version walkthroughs and virtual tours, the PC being used needs to meet minimum requirements based on the complexity and size of the model produced. It is the client’s responsibility to request these requirements. We are not responsible for informing the client of these requirements before purchasing the corresponding service.
-
-
Compatibility Concerns
-
Huge models and extensive areas with many details and objects may not be representable on Android, iOS, or Standalone VR models. It is the client’s responsibility to check the compatibility of the desired deliverable before purchasing the service. We recommend consulting with our team to ensure that your device can support the complexity of the model you wish to create.
-
-
Confidentiality
-
We respect and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of our client’s information. All submitted files and project details will be treated with strict confidentiality.
-
-
Limitation of Liability
-
Our company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services.

Terms and Conditions for Submitting Files
-
Terms and Conditions for Submitting 3D Max Files
-
When submitting your 3D Max archived model, please ensure your files meet the following specifications. Adherence to these guidelines will help us deliver high-quality, timely, cost-effective results.
-
-
-
File Submission Requirements
-
-
-
-
-
-
The file must be 3D Max output and archived with all objects and textures. If the project is designed using software other than 3D Max, such as Revit or Sketchup, it must be saved and archived correctly. If the model is presented in formats other than 3D Max, and corrections or modifications are needed from our side, any required modifications will incur an additional fee.
-
The project should be integrated with connected heights and levels in a single 3D Max file if the building, structure, or villa has more than one floor. It should not be presented in separate 3D Max files or scenes or detached. The connection of the floors with the stairs should also be correctly placed.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Poly Count
-
-
-
-
-
-
The project should be as low poly as possible to ensure efficient processing and high performance.
-
The standard number of polygons is approximately 4 million. Files should not exceed 8 to 12 million polygons. If your project exceeds this standard, further optimization will be necessary, which can be performed by our team. Any required modifications will incur an additional fee.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Object Specifications
-
Objects must have depth and be three-dimensional.
-
Projects must be unwrapped and flattened. If not, any required modifications will incur an additional fee.
-
Use instances for identical objects instead of copying them to reduce file size and complexity.
-
All objects must have corrected Latin names for easy identification.
-
For linear light, use the object and material of the light rather than the nature of the light itself.
-
If an object has several components, they must be attached, not grouped.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Interference and Scale
-
-
-
-
-
-
Objects should not interfere with each other; for example, one wall should not intersect with another wall.
-
Use the correct scale to ensure accuracy in the final product.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Renders of Submitted Model
-
-
-
-
-
-
All renders of the submitted model should be submitted with the 3D Max file for our better understanding of spaces, objects, textures, and colors.
-
The submitted 3D Max model must match the submitted renders.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Miscellaneous
-
-
-
-
-
-
Any necessary modifications to meet these specifications will incur additional fees.
-
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in delays and increased costs in producing deliverables.
-
-

By submitting your files, you agree to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your cooperation in providing files that meet these specifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for producing high-quality deliverables. Terms and Conditions for Submitting 2D Files

The 2D Drawings must be complete and include all necessary plans, dimensions, sections, and other relevant details required for accurate modeling.
-
Clients must also provide references, such as mood boards or brainstorming data, to help us understand their tastes, requirements, and preferences. These references can be images, videos, or detailed explanations. The explanations will be submitted through a WhatsApp group or a PDF file, along with some reference images for our better understanding, and emailed to us.

-
Design Process
-
-
-
-
-
-
We will design the property based on the comments, taste, and mood board provided by the client.
-
Initial designs will be presented to the client through rendered images for confirmation before producing final deliverable files.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Client Feedback and Modifications
-
-
-
-
-
-
Clients can comment on the work and request modifications to the design we have created only while presenting the initial rendered images and before producing the final deliverables. Two rounds of modifications are included free of charge. Flythrough videos can be revised after production two times, free of charge.
-
Fundamental changes to the design are not possible, as the client’s initial brainstorming and mood board data will be followed closely.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Communication and Approval
-
-
Timely communication and approval from the client are essential to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Delays in feedback or approvals will extend the overall project timeline.
-
-
-
Additional Fees
-
-
-
-
-
-
Any modifications beyond the two free rounds of changes will incur additional fees.
-
Fundamental changes that deviate from the initial agreed-upon design and mood board will also incur additional costs and will extend the project timeline.
-
-
-
-
-
-
Work Duration
-
-
-
-
-
-
The duration of the work at any stage and production of deliverable files starts once the required data is verified and approved.
-
Any work suspensions or feedback times required from the client will not be considered in our work duration and will be added to the overall timeline.
-
All references to “days” in terms of duration mean “working days.”
-
-
-
By submitting your 2D Drawings, you agree to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your cooperation in providing files that meet these specifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for producing high-quality deliverables.
